FAQS

Q: How does the custom process work?

A: You send us your product, we customize it and send it back. You pay to ship the product(s) to us and we ship it back to you within the estimated time frame that has been given for the custom.

Q: Does Canvas ever provide shoes for customs?

A: Yes. Canvas provides certain shoes at an additional cost. Email for more info. 

Q: How long does it take for Canvas to complete a custom piece?

A: Time varies, mostly on the product that is being done, as well as what the client is requesting. On average, the time frame is 7 to 12 weeks. If it will be any sooner or longer than average you will be notified.

Q: How does the pricing work for custom work?

A: Pricing for custom work starts at $300. It will vary from product to product, but pricing will mainly be based on the amount of work that is requested by the client.

Q: Does Canvas customize pre-owned or worn products?

A: Yes we do. As long as the product is in "Near Brand New" condition. If it is not in "Near Brand New" condition there will be a restoration charge based off of the amount of cleaning that is required to customize the product.

Q: How do I place a custom order?

A: Contact us (Email or phone only), with a VERY detailed description of what you would like done. There will be a mutual understanding between The Canvas Project, LLC and the client, before any custom work is started. Once there is confirmation, the client has agreed to our company policies and your payment will be processed.

Q: What forms of payment does Canvas accept?

A: Cash (USD), major credit or debit card, Ethereum (Cryptocurrency) Willa, and/or PayPal.

Q: Are all products authentic?

A: Yes. Selling fake or unauthorized products is not apart of our company in any way.

Q: What is our return policy?

A: From the time your product is received, you will have 14 days to return it. In order for the product to be returned, it must be in the same condition it was purchased in.

If the product is not returned in the same condition, then we reserve the right to NOT refund your payment.

All acceptable returns have a 10% re-stocking fee, as well as you pay for the return shipping. Please be sure of your size before placing your order.

*Custom products CANNOT be returned under any circumstances. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Recommendations with your Customs

Please take care of your products, whether they're just being displayed, or worn. Be smart when you wear them and how you wear them. All custom sneakers are sprayed with with a protective spray to help create a water resistant shield.
